2009-2013, Victoria Vesna was in New
York acting as a Visiting Professor
and Director of Research at the
Parsons School of Design’s Art, Media
& Technology program. During this
time, she continued work with the
center and accrued a lot of miles going
back and forth between coasts. In
the process, she developed two online
classes—Introduction to Art, Science &
Technology and Biotech & Art, which she
taught concurrently in both schools.
Students from Parsons exhibited work
from the Nano + Bio + Art class and the
prints were used as a way to address
the topic with her students at UCLA.
