Nanodiamonds in the Treatment of Cancer- Alia Ghoneum and Jim Gimzewski Lab, Mick Lorusso
Researchers at UCLA, including Alia Ghoneum with Dr. James Gimzewski and Dr. Dean Ho, have shown that diamonds small enough to enter living cells, nanodiamonds, could be instrumental in curing cancer, improving the immune system of the elderly, and helping to heal wounds after surgery.
